These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by AURALAGO – LUXURY SERVICES S.r.l. (“AURALAGO”). By booking or using our services, the client (“RENTER” or “CLIENT”) agrees to the following:

I. General Terms (All Services)

1. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel bookings with a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are non-refundable.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

Requests for changes are subject to availability and must be made in writing. AURALAGO reserves the right to apply additional fees for modifications.

4. Supervening Events

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, technical failures, or operator unavailability, AURALAGO may cancel or postpone the service.
In such cases, the client may choose between:

• Full refund (if service is canceled before it starts), or
• Partial refund (if the service is interrupted), or
• Rescheduling the service for another date.

5. Data Privacy (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR)

Personal data will be processed in compliance with applicable laws and used exclusively for contractual and administrative purposes.

II. Boat Rental Terms (Where Applicable)

6. Authorized Skipper

Only the Skipper appointed by AURALAGO is authorized to operate the boat. No other individual may take control of the vessel.

7. Safety Requirements

The RENTER must inform the Skipper if any passengers cannot swim. Lifejackets must be worn at all times by non-swimmers.
RENTER agrees to indemnify and hold AURALAGO harmless from any damages or injuries caused by unsafe swimming or behavior by passengers.

8. Embarkation and Mooring

Embarkation and disembarkation points will be indicated in the booking confirmation. Additional stops may be made at the discretion of the Skipper, based on safety and timing.

9. Animals on Board

Animals are not permitted onboard. Small pets may be allowed only upon prior written approval from AURALAGO and are subject to the Skipper’s discretion.

10. Insurance

The boat is insured for civil liability under Unipol Assicurazioni, policy number 204523942.

III. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Como, Italy.
Any amendments to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
